Ticket booked for Pondicherry hunt can be cancelled online and refund will be granted by the system as per company Refund Rules, as follows:
The amount deducted is based on the time of cancellation and the status of your booking at the time of cancellation. Detailed explanations are given below:
The booking fee is refundable based on Pondicherry hunt cancellation and refund policy.
a) If the booking is cancelled before 24 hours from the date and time of booking, the booking fee 5% will be deducted.
b) If the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours from the date and time of booking, the booking fee 10% will be deducted.
c) If the booking is cancelled during the check-in to the property, the booking fee 20% will be deducted.
d) Refund payment will be processed within 7 working days as per the cancellation refund policy.
e) All reserved persons should provide ID proof during hotel check-in.
Each customer will pay Rs.200 as booking fee for each reservation. The booking fee is not refundable based on Pondicherry hunt cancellation and refund policy.
